Start four to six weeks early
Customers start searching and planning well before the festival itself, especially for gifts, home improvement, clothes and events. Have your offers, photos and stock ready before the searching starts, not when it peaks.
Plan your festive offer
- Gift packs and combos at a few clear price points.
- Corporate gifting for local companies that buy in bulk.
- Book-early offers for services: cleaning, painting, decoration, event bookings.
- A clear deadline for every offer, so customers act now.
- Avoid deep discounts you cannot sustain. Extras, free delivery or gift wrapping often work as well.
Update everything online
- Add your festive products, packages and prices to your website.
- Update festival opening hours on Google Business Profile, so customers do not arrive to find you closed.
- Add festive photos to Google, your website and social media.
- Change your WhatsApp Business greeting and away messages to mention the offer.
Reach your past customers
Your past customers are the easiest sales. Send a short, personal WhatsApp message to the customers who have saved your number, post the offer on WhatsApp Status daily, and give regular customers a small thank-you. Keep broadcasts useful and infrequent, so people do not block you.
After the festival
- Thank customers and ask happy ones for a Google review. (See how.)
- Note what sold, what did not, and when the rush started, for next year.
- Take festive offers down from your website when they end.
Need a page customers can find before the rush? List your business on Indiexis. Our team usually publishes pages within a working day.
