Three links every business should print
- Your website, so customers can see everything you offer and share it with friends.
- Your WhatsApp chat link (wa.me/91XXXXXXXXXX), so they can reorder or ask questions easily.
- Your Google review link, so happy customers can review you on the spot.
Make a QR code
The WhatsApp Business app can show a QR code for your chat. Your Google Business Profile can give you a review link. For your website, use any reputable QR code generator and paste in your web address. Always test the printed code with two or three different phones before printing hundreds.
Where to put them
- Counter or reception: a small stand with "Scan to review us" or "Scan to save our WhatsApp".
- Visiting cards: your website on the front, a QR code on the back.
- Bills and receipts: "Thank you! Reorder on WhatsApp" with the QR code.
- Packaging and delivery bags.
- Your signboard or window, with the website written large enough to read from the street.
- Vehicles, if you have delivery or service vans.
Tips
- Tell people why to scan: "Scan for our full price list" works better than a bare code.
- Print the web address next to the code too, for people who prefer to type.
- Make the code at least about 2 cm wide and print it on a plain, light background.
- Use a web address that never changes. Your Indiexis address (indiexis.com/yourbusiness) stays the same when you update your page, so printed codes keep working. Get yours.
