1. Who we are

Indiexis ("we", "us", "the platform") is a business discovery directory operated from Delhi, India. We publish a single-page website for each business that registers with us, at an address of the form indiexis.com/yourbusiness.

2. Accepting these terms

By browsing this site, submitting a listing, or paying a registration or renewal fee, you agree to these terms. If you are registering on behalf of a business, you confirm you are authorised to do so.

We may update these terms as the service changes. The "last updated" date on this page always reflects the current version, and material changes are communicated to listed businesses by WhatsApp or email.

3. What a listing includes

A listing is a single web page hosted by us, containing the information you supply: business name, description, services, products, photographs, contact details, hours and location. It also appears in our public directory at /businesses.

Registration costs ₹3,499 as a one-time fee and includes the first 30 days of listing, counted from the day your page goes live. While our launch offer runs, the registration fee is waived: your first month of listing is free, counted from the day your page goes live, and nothing is charged until you choose to renew. Keeping the listing live after that costs ₹999 per month; each renewal payment extends it by 30 days from the later of today and your current end date, so paying early never loses days.

You build and edit your page yourself from your dashboard at /account. New pages, and changes to a live page, are reviewed by our team before they are published; we may edit content for accuracy, formatting or compliance with these terms, and we choose the final design.

Hosting, SSL and routine maintenance are included for as long as your subscription is active. We do not charge commission on anything you sell.

4. Your content and your responsibility for it

Everything on your listing is content you provide. You are responsible for its accuracy, and you confirm that you own it or have permission to publish it — this includes photographs, logos, trademarks, product descriptions and customer testimonials.

By submitting content you grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display and reproduce it for the purpose of operating your listing and the directory, including in link previews on social platforms and in search engine results.

You must not submit content that is false or misleading, infringes someone else's rights, is unlawful, or advertises goods or services that cannot be legally sold in India. Customer testimonials must be genuine statements from real customers.

5. Content we will not publish

We decline listings for activities that are illegal in India, adult services, unlicensed financial or medical practice, counterfeit or replica goods, multi-level marketing recruitment, and anything designed to deceive customers.

We may remove or suspend a listing that breaches these terms, that generates credible complaints of fraud, or that we are required to remove by law or by a court order. Where the breach is not serious, we will contact you first and give you a chance to correct it.

6. Your account

You need an account to register a business. Keep your password private; you are responsible for activity on your account. Tell us at once if you think someone else has used it.

Each receipt is available in your dashboard and is emailed to you when you pay.

7. Payments

All payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We never see or store your card, UPI or netbanking credentials. Razorpay's own terms apply to the payment itself.

Fees are quoted in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise on the payment page. Prices may change for future registrations and renewals; a change never applies retroactively to a period you have already paid for.

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy.

8. Availability of the service

We aim to keep the site available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service. Hosting, network and third-party outages can occur, and we may take the site down briefly for maintenance.

We do not guarantee any particular search engine ranking, volume of visitors, or number of enquiries. What we provide is a well-built, indexable page — the results depend on your business and how you promote the link.

9. Businesses listed on this platform

Each listed business is independent. Indiexis is a directory: we are not a party to any transaction between you and a business you find here, and we do not endorse, guarantee or take responsibility for their goods, services, prices or conduct.

If you have a dispute with a listed business, raise it with them directly. You can also tell us — persistent, substantiated complaints lead to a listing being removed.

10. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability to you for any claim connected with the service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months before the claim arose.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost business or loss of data.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded under Indian law, including liability for fraud.

11. Ending a listing

You may stop renewing at any time — turn off AutoPay in your dashboard if it is on. Your page stays live until the end of the period you have paid for, plus a short grace period, and is then paused. Nothing is deleted: renewing brings it back. Tell us if you would like it taken down sooner and we will do so.

We may end a listing for a breach of these terms as described above. Where we end a listing without cause, we refund the unused portion of the current period.

12. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. The courts at Delhi, India have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
