Start with the customer, not with yourself
A visitor wants to know three things in the first few seconds: what you do, whether you serve them (their area, their need, their budget), and why they should pick you. Answer those before anything else.
A simple formula for your About section
- What you do and for whom: "We repair and service ACs for homes and offices across South Delhi."
- Proof: how long you have been doing it, how many customers or jobs, certifications, well-known clients. "Since 2011, over 8,000 ACs serviced."
- What makes you different: something specific and true. "Same-day visits booked before 1 pm. Fixed visiting charge, told upfront."
- What to do next: "Message us on WhatsApp with your AC model and problem for a quick quote."
Four to six sentences is enough. Write the way you would explain it to a customer at your counter.
Your tagline
Your tagline appears next to your name in search results and on your page. Keep it under about eight words and make it say what you do, not a slogan nobody understands. "Home & office AC repair in South Delhi" works better than "Cool comfort, always".
Describing your services
- Give each service its own short title and one or two sentences: what it is, who it is for, and what is included.
- Use the words your customers use. If they say "AC gas filling", do not write "refrigerant recharge".
- Mention prices or a starting price where you can. It filters out time-wasters and builds trust.
- Mention your area in the text naturally. It helps Google show you for local searches.
Avoid these
- Empty phrases such as "best quality", "customer satisfaction is our priority" and "one-stop solution". Replace each with a fact.
- Long lists of keywords. They read badly and Google ignores them.
- Copying a competitor's text. Google may treat copied text as duplicate and show the original instead of you.
On Indiexis, our team reviews every page before it goes live and suggests changes if a description is unclear. Start your page.
