Why showing prices helps
- Fewer wasted chats. Customers who cannot afford you do not message, and the ones who do are ready to buy.
- More trust. Clear prices suggest you are honest and confident about your value.
- Faster decisions. Customers comparing three businesses often contact the one whose prices they can see first.
When every job is different
You do not need an exact price for everything. Any of these is better than nothing:
- A starting price: "Website design from ₹15,000", "Deep cleaning from ₹2,499".
- A range: "Most kitchen repairs cost ₹1,500 to ₹4,000".
- Packages: Basic, Standard and Premium, with what each includes.
- Your fixed charges: visiting charge, consultation fee, delivery charge.
How to present prices
- Say what is included and what is not, such as GST, materials, delivery or installation.
- Put the most popular option in the middle, and mark it.
- Use round, clear numbers in rupees with the ₹ sign.
- Add a line such as "Send us a photo on WhatsApp for an exact quote", so a price is the start of a conversation.
- Update prices when they change. An old price that you refuse to honour costs more trust than no price at all.
Prices on your Indiexis page
Each product and service on an Indiexis page can carry its own price, shown clearly next to it, with a WhatsApp button for customers who want to ask. See how prices look in each design.
