Moulded & Extruded Rubber Components

Swastik Shivpriya Impex (SSI) is a Faridabad-based manufacturer and exporter of moulded, extruded and formed rubber, plastic and fibre-glass components. Since 1978 the works has supplied OEMs and their Tier-I and Tier-II suppliers, turning drawings into cured parts for automotive, off-highway, railway, construction, mining and industrial applications.

The range runs from compression, transfer and injection moulded parts - bushes and bushings, bumpers, boots and bellows, grommets, gaskets, cushions, mounts, pedal pads and exhaust hangers - to continuous extrusions: EPDM gaskets, door seals and trims, glazing seals, dock bumpers and rubber hoses in homogeneous, reinforced and multilayer builds. We also bond rubber to metal for mounts and bushings, and mould plastic and fibre-glass components.

Every part is processed in the compound that suits the job - natural rubber, EPDM, silicone, Viton (FKM), neoprene, Hypalon, SBR and NBR - and finished to drawing with the heat, chemical and abrasion resistance the application demands. The company is ISO 9001 certified, with systems audited since 2002, and offers design assistance, tooling and short or long production runs.

Our components ride with Indian Railways, JCB, Escorts, Action Construction Equipment, Tatra Vectra, Mahindra Defence and Havells, and are exported to Tier-I suppliers and parts makers across the USA, UK, the GCC, Australia and New Zealand.
