Correction without demolition
Most of what I recommend costs very little and breaks nothing. In thirty years I have rarely needed to ask anyone to take down a wall, and when I do I explain exactly why.
Honest limits
If what you are facing needs a doctor, a lawyer or an accountant, I will tell you that in the first conversation rather than the fifth.
